Social
FacebookThe pandemic is far from over and online learning is still the norm, making PCPC a continuous partner of the schools in the community for their balik-eskwela or back-to-school programs.
Four schools in Concepcion, Iloilo benefited from the donation of school equipment such as printers, bond papers, and care packages composed of alcohol and face masks. Roberto H. Tirol High School, Lo-ong National High School, St. Isidore Integrated School of Iloilo, Inc., and Saint Mary the Anawim of God Institute are the beneficiaries of the educational materials which will be used to print student modules, while the care packages will be utilized by the teachers who report to school every day.
The schools are among the long-standing partners of the power plant in promoting quality education through scholarship grants, improving school facilities, and providing supplies for the schools and students, especially the less-privileged ones.
PCPC is also set to donate laptops to its other partner elementary schools before the start of the coming school year.
