In the ongoing process of taking over from contracted Chinese Operations and Maintenance (O&M) personnel, the shift to full Filipino manpower register is carefully designed and managed to achieve a smooth and trouble-free transition within the year.

Comprehensive trainings and hands-on immersions are being conducted for the newly-hired Filipinos to ensure their capability in the actual operation and maintenance of the power plant.
