The continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) obtains data such as Sulfur Oxide (SOx) in the form of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxide (NOx), Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Particulates. This real-time monitoring is a requirement of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
