The Quick Response Program was developed in partnership with the LGU of Concepcion, Brgy. Nipa, and the Philippine Red Cross.
The program aims to promote a culture of self-help in Barangay Nipa by engaging local volunteers. These volunteers are trained as the community first responders in the event of emergencies and/or disasters. They can also be tapped for standby readiness during town or barangay mass events like fiestas, festivals, and CSR activities of PCPC and the LGU. Started in 2015, there are, at present, 44 members in the program.
